help!!

doesn anyone know how i can make like moving icons...yah know? with like more that one picture in them ?? if you know how or know anyone that does please tell me i have to know....!!.

hey patrick. u have to have a special program to do it. its called Paint shop pro 8.0 or something like that. when u down load it, its free for a month i think...but after that u have to pay for it. but i was looking at someones web site and the person maintaining the site said that there is a way to keep it for free, with having to pay a single dime for it at all. you have to keep on reseting your clock on the computer to the exact date and time you downloaded and installed the program on to ur pc, when the free trial expires.
